Shout out to Elizabeth Lujan with Vinrock Media who made a great promotional video for the City of Monte Vista. Mrs. Lujan took photos and videos taken by City Clerk Unita Vance to create a video to showcase the variety of outdoor recreation opportunities that are easily accessible in Monte Vista. Gigi Dennis, City Manager remarked “Monte Vista is a place we want you to stop take a pause and enjoy the outdoors and embrace yourself in our wonderful community. It was fun working with Elizabeth and watching her shape the city’s story.” Monte Vista Colorado, A simply irresistible community. A community full of outdoor excitement, from cranes in March to easy walking trails, fishing and paddle boarding. The timing of the video ties in nicely with the kickoff of the RERC, Recreation Economy for Rural Communities on October 18, 2023 at 6pm at the Outcalt Event and Conference Center at Ski Hi.
